Specialized in molecular biology and multiomic analysis. PhD candidate funded by FAPESP in the Graduate Program in Biochemistry at FMRP-USP, with a focus on Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated SteatoHepatitis (MASH) immunometabolism.
I am a PhD candidate in the Graduate Program in Biochemistry at the Ribeirão Preto Medical School (FMRP-USP), an excellence program accredited by CAPES that has trained human resources for basic and applied research for over 50 years.
My research focuses on multiomics and cell biology, with particular emphasis on macrophage phenotyping, extracellular vesicle biogenesis, and protein biomarker analysis. I employ advanced techniques such as mass spectrometry and molecular assays to investigate immunological mechanisms.
I am funded by The São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), the research funding foundation of the State of São Paulo, and I am part of the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) research community, contributing to scientific advances relevant to biochemistry and health.
Identification and quantification of proteins, lipids and other metabolites using mass spectrometry. Analysis of changes in the tissue proteome, biomarker discovery, and lipidomics studies employing various sample preparation methodologies.
High-throughput MS/MS BiomarkersStudies of macrophage phenotyping, cellular activation mechanisms, and immune response. Investigation of cell-to-cell communication and inflammatory processes.
Macrophages Immunology PhenotypingExecution of ELISA, Western Blotting, real-time PCR, and other biochemical assays for validation of scientific hypotheses and protein characterization.
ELISA PCR BiochemistryAnalysis of protein structure, molecular modeling, and computational prediction using tools such as PyMOL to achieve mechanistic understanding of biological processes.
